With 2 Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chair & Ladder Barrel. Together with room for the essential mat work & FAMO classes.
It’s a peaceful place to enjoy small group work or individual sessions.

As a Pilates teacher/tutor, I have worked with Olympic athletes, professional football & rugby players and stars of stage & screen. Guiding them to be able to perform at their best.
I personally discovered Pilates following a back injury and found that it not only gave me relief from back pain, but it also gave me peace at stressful times.
It literally created a safe space for me to tune in to my body & gave me a full and balanced workout at the same time.
I was so passionate about the benefits of Pilates, that I decided to undergo the rigorous training required to qualify as a Body Control Pilates teacher. The reputation of BCP within the industry was for producing the highest quality of teaching & I wanted to get the best training I could.

I have been a teacher at the prestigious Body control centre, Holborn for 9 years now. I have been teaching both student teachers and the public on the Equipment, Reformers & Matwork repertoire.
As a Supervising Teacher for BCP I guide student teachers assisting them with their training.
