Group Classes

Classes are for Beginners, Improvers or Intermediate. If you are unsure which level you are, an assessment session may be the best option. Alternatively, attend the beginners course and use it as back to basics refresher and we can discuss which level would suit you best. An enrolment form must be completed and returned before attending a class.

All classes are matwork based and last an hour. I use a variety of small equipment such as the toning circle, small balls and resistance bands. These not only help with increasing release and flexibility but also make things a lot more diverse and fun!

As a qualified ante and post-natal Pilates instructor, I offer specialised classes or I can accomodate your specific needs in regular classes. Pilates can help with many of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy, allowing you to relax and enjoy this time. Always inform me (in confidence) if you are pregnant, as it may affect which exercises are appropriate.

Wednesday 09.30 The Studio, Epping.
Individual sessions.
Thursday 09.30 Dancescape studio, Waltham Abbey.


Improvers and Intermediates may attend any class to catch up missed sessions, but beginners must please attend beginners classes.

Courses run with school term times so may vary from 5 to 7 weeks accordingly. (Please note that this is state school terms and Public school terms may differ).

Various workshops are available during the summer and Easter holidays in place of regular class timetables, bookable in advance.
